Redesigning Goodreads around the readers who use it: a personal reading dashboard and an advanced search built from scratch, shaped by interviews, card sorting, and tree testing.

Sweetgreen UX Audit

Evaluated the pickup ordering journey for allergen information, guest checkout, and location search. Identified 13 usability issues, 8 of them rated Major or Catastrophe, and made 3 recommendations, each with a mock-up.

A bedside companion robot paired with a biometric band, designed for my Emotional Design class to build secure attachment. It communicates through its eyes, which close in sync with yours. Knows how you're doing before you do.
